GENERAL GUN PRICES
A basic rifle will consist of plain maple stock, straight octagon barrel, fine Siler, Davis or L&R lock appropriate to style, trigger guard, single trigger,
one ramrod thimble and a side plate appropriate to style. This is commonly
called a "poor boy" or "barn gun"
I DO NOT make such a rifle for sale, but only mention this type rifle to provide a baseline for customers to estimate how much their particular rifle might cost according to the pricing structure below. In addition, I do not make "fantasy rifles" such as the Killdeer rifle, or other unknown/non-existent rifles such as "Daniel Boone's gun". I can and do make a fair copy or example of any existing original rifle for which pictures and/or reference exists. I can do slight modifications of such rifles to personalize it, but still keep within the original school or original maker's style.
The Patriot rifle is a special edition rifle. This rifle is made exactly as
seen carried by Mel Gibson in the movie The Patriot.

CREDIT CARDS accepted through Paypal. Include 3% of price additional to cover charges. Contact gunsmith to obtain the information necessary prior to doing so. This new feature will allow direct payments and credit card payments to ease the burden of purchase.
*NOTE - Shipping costs are extra and will be computed based on weight,
destination, and insurance necessary. UPS will be the prime shipper. A
hard shell gun case, with egg-crate foam interior in which to store your
rifle, and ensure it's safety during shipping, can be included for an
additional cost of $100. Such cases are ideal to transport your rifle to
and from the range and ensure it will always be protected during travel or
storage.
*REFUNDS - Due to the fact that each rifle is custom tailored to a
customer's wishes refunds will be made only by arrangement with the gunsmith. Deposits are non-refundable. Due to the fact that it may be a year or more before your rifle is begun from time of ordering, and most people cannot predict their finanical status a year in advance I am more than willing to work with the customer in either deferring the start of his rifle, or with a payment plan should he require it. I will also contact the customer prior to actual start of his rifle to obtain his permission to begin and verify his readiness.
The gunsmith and Pennsylvania Longrifles Inc do not take responsibility for

Again, these are estimated prices only. A firm price will be agreed upon
with each individual customer according to his needs and desires. All prices
are conditional on availability of parts and current prices for same. Orders
will be done in order received and a rifle will take 4 to 6 weeks to be
completed. Each rifle is hand made and no pre-carved stocks or machinery
is used.
The above prices assume the very finest in curly maple, walnut or cherry
stocks and Getz barrels are used in every longarm unless otherwise specified.
